Each visit we are amazed anew at how the gardens are developing on our magical property in Costa Rica!  Palms that we thought would take many years to grow have shot up so quickly that we have had to move a couple of them so that then don't block the ocean views!  On the other hand, as you can see from the photos of the balconies, the "plus" is that now there is even greater "screening" and privacy between Villa Mango and Casa Amigos.

So here's what's new in "Paradise":

• There are now side tables near the pools, in addition to the patio umbrellas and new loungers.
• New standing lamp in Villa Mango's great room, to provide more light at night-time, especially for reading.  Extra Credit quiz:  Figure out how we got the electricity there for it, without stringing wires across the floor tiles!
• Some new artwork has been added to Casa Amigos; just enough in our opinion, not "overdone" as Mother Nature is the main attraction!   :-)
• We've built a house for Hector and his family on the property across the road from our villas... they are very happy to be "up on the mountain" where it is much more pleasant, and it is great for us to have Hector and Ligia closer by, both for added security and so that they are available to help guests round-the-clock should the need arise.

That's the news for now.  Youval and I would of course love to be your hosts again... Thanks for keeping our property in mind for your visit, or trips that friends/family might be planning.
